Continuing Education / Training

Effective January 1st, 2012 all North Carolina Private Investigator licensees must complete 12 hours of Continuing Education prior to renewing their license.

On December 14th, 2010 SOTS was notified by the North Carolina Private Protective Services Board that SOTS has been approved to conduct the Continuing Education Courses:

PPSB-10-504  Introduction to Surveillance Operations (8 hrs CE)
PPSB-10-505  Introduction to Elicitation (8 hrs CE)

SOTS Training Facility is centrally located in Sanford, NC.  Our classroom will easily accommodate 24 individuals per course.

If traveling to SOTS Training Facility is not convenient for your company, then our instructors can come to your location to present the requested course.  However, there must be a minimum of 4 individuals taking the requested course.

Course Dates at SOTS Training Facility are currently posted on our Training Calendar.

SOTS must have all requests for training and payments no later than 14 days prior to the requested course date.
