General Requirements:

• Must be separated or retired special operations qualified or provide direct support to special operations units
• Minimum of 5 years experience in special operations units
• Senior NCO or Field Grade Officer (preferred)
• Served as an Instructor within Special Operations Training
• US Citizen
• Have a current DOD security clearance or able to obtain a clearance through a government security investigation
• Be fluent in the English language
• Be capable of working unsupervised and or in small groups
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Power Point, and Excel)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Please be specific when addressing your experiences in the following KSA’s):

• Professional Development: Highest military professional development course graduated and any civilian certifications and or degrees awarded
• Mission Experience: Unconventional Warfare (UW), Foreign Internal Defense (FID), Advanced Special Operations (ASO), Special Operations (SO), Counter Terrorism (CT), and Strategic Reconnaissance (SR)
• Unit Experience: Team, Unit HQ, Command HQ, and Joint Staffs
• Qualified Duties & Responsibilities: Operations, Intelligence, Weapons, Demolitions, Engineer, Communications, and Medical
• Instructor Experience: Formal Schools, MTT, DFT, or in support of GWOT
